How to Track My Order
We know how exciting it is to receive your order! Here’s how you can track your package every step of the way:
1. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Number
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
3. Track Your Order Online
You can track your order using one of the following methods:

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Visit our Order Tracking Page (if available) and enter your tracking number.

Go directly to the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS) and enter your tracking number.
4. What If My Tracking Number Isn’t Updating?
If your tracking number isn’t updating, don’t worry! It may take some time for the carrier to scan and update your package’s status. If it hasn’t updated after 5 business days, feel free to contact us.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us at contact@creaytion.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
